Chanho's academic background is in marketing and business administration, completed with an MBA focused on data-based marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship. He is the founder and CEO of MTS Solutions, a Korean company that runs manufacturing, wholesale, B2B services, B2C retail, and advisory under a single operating roof.

What separates the practice is that the systems are built, not just recommended. Chanho designs and ships the software his companies run on — RoasteryFlow, a subscription operations platform sold to specialty coffee roasters; the group's own commerce stack; Logrid, a site-management hub built for an interior contractor; and a set of internal tools that take cost out of daily operations, from an AI agent that turns field conversations into ranked decisions to marketing and design studios that replace outsourced production.

The industry background was built in the food and beverage sector, particularly specialty coffee, as an operator across Sydney and Seoul — and today running MTSPACE COFFEE and Normcore Coffee Korea. That domain fluency is what makes the systems fit: they were designed by someone who had to use them.
